Jahan Moslehi is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Bridge33 Capital. Prior to Bridge33, Mr. Moslehi worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London for nine years. In his most recent role at Morgan Stanley, he was a Vice President responsible for marketing and distribution of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), as well as developing a business plan for trading distressed and small-balance commercial real estate loans. From 2006-2008, Mr. Moslehi was responsible for developing the firm’s securitization business in the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to that, he held various roles within the CMBS and Fixed Income Management groups at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Moslehi holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
Andy Chien is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Bridge33 Capital. Prior to Bridge33, Dr. Chien worked at Morgan Stanley in London. He initially spent time in the European real estate finance group originating large-balance commercial real estate loans. In 2008, he moved to the Investment Banking Division where he was engaged on mandates with British and European banks as well as the British Government. As part of these mandates, he advised banks on restructuring and divestments of their real estate portfolios. In aggregate, he worked on M&A and capital markets transactions totaling $80 Bn in consideration. Dr. Chien holds a Doctor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences, both from the University of Chicago.
Alex Banchero is responsible for asset management and leasing. Prior to Bridge33 he worked at Prologis, most recently as a Director in the Value Added Investment group, where he helped launch the Value Added platform across North America and was responsible for repositioning infill industrial assets in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Banchero holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Tech University.
Arshad Sultan leads the in-house property management team, where Bridge33’s value-add strategy is defined by hard work and an aggressive approach towards decreasing expenses, increasing revenue, and continuously seeking new opportunities through deep relationships with tenants and vendors and a "pound the pavement" philosophy. Before joining Bridge33, Mr. Sultan worked at New York Life, where he managed variable and fixed-product service for U.S. operations. Mr. Sultan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
Bryce Peterson is a vice president at Bridge33 Capital. Mr. Peterson previously worked for McKinsey & Company, where he helped clients solve strategic and operational issues in real estate, technology, and private equity both in the US and in China. Mr. Peterson holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University.
Bryson Weed oversees Bridge33’s acquisition and debt transactions, JV and partnership structuring, and internal debt administration. He previously worked on Bridge33’s acquisitions team and has experience conducting due diligence and sourcing new investment opportunities. Mr. Weed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University.
Christy Drawn is a Property Manager and oversees the Las Vegas portfolio. Prior to joining Bridge33, Ms. Drawn worked as a Regional Manager at AMG. She has over thirteen years in property management, where her main focus is tenant relations, marketing, and retention. Ms. Drawn currently holds a Nevada Real Estate License and Property Manager Permit.
Deepali Jamwal manages fund financials. Prior to joining Bridge33, she was the Project Finance Manager for the Canadian Football League stadium in Ottawa, Canada. She has over eight years of global work experience in driving various finance functions for a diverse set of infrastructure projects including ports, industrial corridors, truck terminuses, and multi-level parking lots. Ms. Jamwal has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis International University, India.
Deirdre Bergeron is an Assistant Property Manager and is based in the Las Vegas office. Prior to joining Bridge33 she worked as an Assistant Real Estate Manager at CBRE, and as a residential real estate agent for over ten years. Ms. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona College of Business Administration.
Heather Szuminski leads the property finance team and manages financial reporting across the portfolio’s properties. She also manages investor relations, including overseeing Bridge33’s investor portal. Prior to Bridge33, Ms. Szuminski worked in the public relations and restaurant industries. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature from Texas A&M University.
Jack Hechinger works in the acquisitions and capital markets group. Prior to Bridge33, he worked at Nomura Securities marketing and trading Commercial and Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS & RMBS). Mr. Hechinger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Denver.
John Taurinsky manages properties and tenant relationships. Prior to joining Bridge33, he worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent a Car in San Diego, California. Mr. Taurinsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from California Baptist University.
Josh Rosenblatt works in the acquisitions and capital markets group. Prior to joining Bridge33 Capital, Mr. Rosenblatt interned at Manning & Napier in real estate corporate development. He received a BBA from the Emory Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
Matt Quispe manages properties and tenant relationships. Prior to Bridge33, he worked as a Senior Account Manager at Integrated Landscape Management. Mr. Quispe received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Design from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Morgan Mavridis works with accounts payable and assists the property finance team. Previously, Ms. Mavridis worked as a receptionist for Dragonridge Country Club. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Rose Bar Or works with accounts payable and assists the property finance team. She has over 3 years of accounting experience in property management companies. Previously, Ms. Bar Or worked as an accounts payable accountant for High Tower Management and Consultancy LTD. Ms. Bar Or has an accounting certificate from Mishlav College, Israel.
Shannah Reagan works as an Analyst on the acquisitions and capital markets team in New York City. Before joining Bridge33, Ms. Reagan was an Associate at AllianceBernstein. Prior to AB, she worked with Aristocrat Leisure, Ltd, an Australian gaming machine manufacturer, where she was a Corporate Strategy Analyst in their North American tribal gaming division. She holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated summa cum laude with a minor in Fine Arts. Outside of work, Ms. Reagan has a 15-year career as a competitive Irish dancer, competing at the regional, national, and global levels.
Tom Gordon manages the Las Vegas portfolio. He previously worked as a Supervisor in Real Estate Facilities Operations for CenturyLink. Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility and Property Management with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
Victor Chung is on the asset management team. Prior to Bridge33, Mr. Chung worked as an investment analyst at the University of Washington Investment Management Company, which manages the University’s Endowment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Washington and is currently a CFA Level III Candidate.
Victoria Ornstein is a Senior Vice President in the acquisitions and capital markets group. Before joining Bridge33 in 2018, Ms. Ornstein was a Vice President at C-III Capital Partners, where she worked in the Principal Investments Group and focused on acquiring commercial real estate assets and non-performing loans across the U.S. Prior to joining C-III, Ms. Ornstein worked on real estate acquisitions for Corigin Real Estate Group, a real estate investment management firm. Ms. Ornstein began her career as an analyst in Citigroup’s Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group. She received a BA in Economics from Brandeis University where she graduated magna cum laude and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
Douglas D. Abbey
Douglas D. Abbey has more than 35 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate investment management and development. He is the Chairman of Swift Real Estate Partners, a privately held company formed in 2010 which owns and operates office and industrial properties on the west coast. He was previously a co-founder of AMB Property Corporation (predecessor to Prologis) and IHP Capital Partners. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Life Insurance Company, Macerich Corporation and Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc.
Mr. Abbey is a Trustee and past Vice Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Golden Gate University. He is also a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Bridge Housing Corporation, a non-profit affordable housing developer active in Northern and Southern California. In addition, Mr. Abbey is a Lecturer in real estate finance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a graduate of Amherst College and has a Master of City Planning degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Leshya Wig has worked in real estate investment and development for over 10 years at companies including Colliers International, IDS Real Estate Group, Blake Hunt Ventures, and her family-owned company, Wig Properties. Over the course of 30 years, Wig Properties has developed (or is currently developing) more than 4.4MM SF of land, including over 500K SF of retail buildings (currently at 95% occupancy) and more than 50 acres of apartments and homes. During her tenure at IDS Real Estate Group, she managed in excess of 500K SF of industrial and office properties. She is currently working with Wig Properties to secure large mixed-use development projects. Ms. Wig holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
